Fund Operator applying for other programmes

Would the selected Fund Operator be prohibited from applying to other funds or program specific calls for proposals within the EEA and Norward Grants within their country that are published by the Fund or Program Operators of those specific funds and programs?

There is no general rule in the EEA and Norway Grants framework that prohibits Fund Operators from applying to other programmes or funds. 

However, conflicts of interest must be avoided and equal treatment of all applicants ensured. This will depend on the specific arrangements of each case, so it is not possible to answer this question with complete certainty in advance. 

A Fund Operator cannot apply for funding from a programme or fund that it operates itself.
